Warden Mini Storage is located in the 600 block of North Texas St (Hwy. 67 North) in Hoxie, formally where the Combs' Service Station and Grocery Store was located just North of the Bryan Funeral Home.

All units are a generous 10 X 15 feet with a roll up door and a sliding lock/latch.

Monthly lease is $35.00 a month payable on the 1st of the month and a $15.00 cleaning deposit refundable once the unit is vacated and completely clean and the outside picked up as well. All lessee's shall be required to give notice of vacating the property prior to the lease's end or rent is continued until notification is complete. You may notify the office at 870-886-3678 with your intentions to vacate as well as stop by to receive the refund of the cleaning deposit once the storage unit has been vacated and inspected inside as well as the outside.

Owner Sold Vehicles

Vehicles for sale by owners. Owner Sold Vehicles, a division of WW Mini Storage, will provide highway frontage for you to place your vehicle that you wish to sell. All vehicles shall be listed with the office and a special tag to be displayed in the front window authorizing the vehicle's presence on the lot. The owner of the vehicle will be responsible to have their own For Sale sign and or a information contact sheet affixed to the drivers window for the public to see the asking price, year model, mileage and condition of the vehicle.

All vehicles sold will be the responsibility of the seller and the purchaser to vacate the Owner Sold Vehicles lot. Any vehicles delinquent in space rental shall be charged a additional daily fee of $2.00 a day past contractual agreement.

All vehicles will pay $15.00 monthly with the first payment of $30.00 for the first two months with the remaining second paid month refunded should the sale occur within the first thirty days. Second monthly space rental will be due upon the first of the following month and considered delinquent on the thirty second day of the contractual period and will be accessed for the days the vehicle is past contractual dates.

Warden Mini Storage, aka Warden Enterprize, Inc., is not responsible for theft, acts of God, act of war, vandalism and loss of merchandise, loss of service and or use of said personal items or vehicles placed upon its property for the purpose of sale or storage.
